Gerry Ball - Chief Executive Officer

Since 1995, Gerry has founded and managed many successful companies, including The Estimate Directory Asia, which was acquired by Barra Inc. (now owned by Morgan Stanley), and BENCHMARK Magazine which was acquired by Readers Digest Inc. He is also the Founder and Honorary Chairman of the Hong Kong Entrepreneurs Club, a non-profit organisation dedicated to helping entrepreneurs. He is responsible for MYL's overall strategy.

Simon Damodaran - Chief Operating Officer

Born and educated in London, Simon holds a BA (Hons) in Modern Languages and Business Studies, and a Master's Degree in Education from the University of Bristol's Graduate School of Education. In 1999 he qualified in TESOL. Simon has extensive teaching experience and before joining MYL was working as an ESOL trainer at Hong Kong Baptist University and HSBC Asia Pacific. Simon oversees all of MYL's editors, trainers and translators and is responsible for quality control.

Philip Wong - Associate Director, Account Development

Before moving to Hong Kong in 2008, Philip received a degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Toronto and gained extensive experience in Sales and Account Management in the Telecommunications industry. Since joining MYL, Philip has lead a number of initiatives to benefit our Clients, and he is currently responsible for the development and management of MYL's existing account base.
